Plot...A group of criminals come together to raid the catacombs under their town hoping to loot the dead. The dead however won't give up their jewels without a fight.
Thoughts...The Crypt is pretty no-budget fare. But as most anyone knows I'm fond of schlock, indies and this sort of thing. I tend to root for the underdog because no matter how bad a film is they all need a fan. This one is nearly as bad as many of the IMDB reviews might suggest and it even manages to create a pretty decent at atmosphere. No film is perfect and yeah this one has more than its fair share but I had fun and that's all that counts.
